We chose Jovial's 100% organic, regeneratively farmed einkorn because we refuse to compromise on what goes into our cakes, or into the people who eat them.

The Olive Oil Cake Lady began with a simple question: why does every beautiful cake have to be made with ingredients you cannot pronounce? The answer was that it does not. So we went back to basics, ancient basics, and created an olive oil cake built on four ingredients we trust completely.
Baked naturally. Made with love. Rooted in Italian baking tradition and the belief that real food does not need a long ingredient list to be extraordinary.
